To herald a forthcoming visitor destination hub for Belfast, the City Council required a hearts-and-minds campaign to establish the city as a leading cultural tourism destination.
Our response: Glenn Patterson's poetic script combining Kerri Quinn's voice over with Hannah Peel's music, blending stop-motion animation, projection, kinetic text and an amazing collection of photography from Belfast Exposed Archive.
